Horrible bank! One of the bankers road raged me and followed me to work.i work next door at Walmart. I saw his car so I went in after work. I asked to talk to the manager. They told me the manager stepped out so I told them what happened earlier. Then the banker who followed me to work comes out and starts arguing with me! Tells me to leave the bank so I did and called the police. Later the police come to my other job and make me sign a form banning me from Key Bank for life😂😂😂 Unbelievable and Unprofessional. Don't worry I don't bank with Key Bank. Never have, never will. I will be calling your Cooperate office tomorrow

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at KeyBank’s Castle Rock branch absolutely deserves recognition. I had a critical issue that needed urgent attention, and Craig, the branch manager, not only resolved it swiftly but went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled correctly. From the moment I explained the situation, Craig listened carefully, took ownership, and acted with both professionalism and genuine care. What impressed me most was his ability to turn what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth resolution. He followed through on every detail, kept me updated, and made sure I left with full confidence in the outcome. It’s not every day you come across a manager who combines expertise, empathy, and efficiency the way Craig does. His leadership and commitment to customer service exceeded my expectations and truly reflect the best of KeyBank. If you’re looking for a branch that values its customers and has a manager who will stand behind you when it matters most, the Castle Rock KeyBank with Craig at the helm is the place to go.

What a terrible experience using this branch. First, they have you wait in the lobby for an extended period of time. Then, after finally getting help from what what seemed liked an unsure, unexperienced female clerk. She tells me that she can't help make a payment from my personal checking to a person loan that I have with keybank without a ss# and physical ID. This was after I presented a digital colorado ID from the dmv app, my social security number, my account pin #, my verbal password, and explaining that my house burned down with all my personal belongings including my wallet with my physical ID and debt card. I asked to please see a manager, and to know suprise there wasn't one available. Absolutely rediculious. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I have multiple business accounts, a mortgage, credit card, and personal account. Unacceptable!!

I rarely provide negative feedback but sometimes it just can't be avoided because the management is so inept I feel a duty to forewarn future business owners who may choose to partner with keybank for banking services and the potential consequences. If you are a business owner, be aware that when opening a business checking account, that if you ever expect to move out of state, their system and policies were not designed to support simple out of state (not in person) changes to your account. For example, as a 100% business owner, I was unable to remove a former employee as a signer of my account - the reason given by keybank management - was that due to risk the employee had to be present or had to give their approval to be removed (as if the employee should be empowered to say "no") EVEN THOUGH if I were still in state the employee would NOT have to be present to have them removed. Of course, it makes no sense whatsoever, but this is the sort of craziness you will have to deal with from keybank management if you move out state because their "localized" policies have a gap in this area and the management would rather lose a customer who has been with them for more than several decades (across multiple businesses) than to update their policy with a very simple change to accommodate a low-risk change (an owner asking to remove their employee as a signer on the account).
