- WWWelmer van der WelFeb 11, 20211.0Had to do a fairly large business transaction that needed to happen immediately, so I went into this branch to take care of it. I was told that I had to make an appointment with a banker, and that they were fully booked today. So I asked for a different solution and was told they could check to see if a city 45 minutes away had any availability. When I asked if I could do this with a banker over the phone, I was not given an answer. While I understand the limited availability of in-person banking, please do provide solutions to long-standing business and personal banking clients that actually serve them in the best way possible. Don't just tell them no and send them to a branch in a different city. I left and was able to take care of business over the phone.
