- RBRose Blair4 days ago1.0If I could give zero stars, I would. I instructed this bank to process a final check before closing an account. They rejected the check that same day and closed the account, then sent me a snail mail live check instead that will take 2 weeks to arrive. This left me with a massive negative balance, untold NSF charges, and absolutely no funding for groceries or gas for two weeks. AND, they refused to issue a stop payment on that mailed check so that they could reissue a live check to me instead, stating they couldn't TRUST me to bring in the stopped check (which would have solved the issue in one day instead of two weeks). This bank is incompetent and does not care about the state they leave you in. Save your time, money and livelihood, and bank somewhere else... anywhere else! Don't walk, run away from them!

Secondly, that is none of their damn business. Why are bankers at Wells Fargo so unprofessional?! This happens at the Fort Collins, CO branch as well. This branch could use some professional training.
