  I have personally watched this bank take advantage of people. They arent interested in working with anyone they just want some money in their pockets. ENT is a great option definitely go there before you waste your time and hard earned money here.

  The customer service here is horrible!! They won’t work with you, the employees lie, it’s the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with.

  Customer service is crap. They won’t work with you on anything. Absolute worst bank for anything except having a debit card. DO NOT use this bank for anything but debit cards and savings accounts. I’ve had accounts with probably 15 banks and this is the absolute worst one. Oh not to mention the employees will lie to you so they can get info out of you.
