- RARenee AlbertJun 16, 20251.0Been a long time (and satisfied) customer of the Broomfield 2 Garden Center Dr. location, where we normally conduct our personal and corporate business. But, was near the Summit Blvd. location and thought I'd drop in to set up an ATM pin for my 14 year old and the level of customer care was as if I was dealing with two teenagers who got stuck working the night shift at the local 7-11. I went in for the simple task of getting my 14 yr. old daughter a pin # for her ATM card. First, they told me that I was not on my daughter's account (THE ACCOUNT OF MY 14 YEAR OLD CHILD, WHO I SENT UP THE ACCOUNT FOR!). Then, when I asked if I could reach out to my (LONGTIME) Wells banker they told me that she no longer worked for Wells (when she had just conducted business for me days prior). Because of their lack of customer service, knowledge, and decency, I had to drive across town to the Garden Center Dr. location, where they assured me my banker was still employed with the company, that I WAS a signor on the account that I set up for my child, and they apologized for the inconvenience! Hopefully, the branch manger at the Summit location uses this matter as a learning experience for their inexperienced millennial tellers/employees, instead of reinforcing these kid's self righteous (yet, incorrect) actions as their parents likely did their entire lives! Do yourself a favor and travel to the Garden Center Dr. location!

My friend Michael said and I quote “This is the best customer service he has ever seen at any bank!
