Your bill pay doesn't pull out immediately like it would with any other bank I've ever used so, you really have no way of keeping up with how your bills are being paid unless you keep an old-fashioned check register. Let's face it those aren't exactly what anyone uses anymore in the digital age. What's the point of having bill pay If you have to monitor it like you were going to pay the bills yourself? If you close an account and something comes through after the account is closed it will reopen and overdraft it. The tellers don't really care that this isn't how banks are supposed to work and that this isn't something that's standard. They just tell you that they can't do anything about how their Bank works. Well, you could you know, talk to somebody that has the ability to do that. Or you could just let me.
