  They deny my zelle and deposits. then won't let you log in and just says "error" but you have to call to verify the deposits they just denied and then it takes a long time to get someone on the phone. don't use this bank!

  I opened an account at the Golden location a few years ago and was pretty happy with the staff there. I knew at one point I would be getting a car loan and wanted to use a credit union instead of a traditional bank. Skip ahead a few years. I went into the Broomfield location to apply for an auto loan and was told that it was a 45 minute process and that they would be closing in 30 minutes and that I would need to complete an application online. Nobody even bothered to check if I was even a member. That irritated me since this was a very time sensitive matter. The car was a cancelled order from another customer and I had a very limited amount of time to make the purchase before it was listed for sale to the public. I expected better from my experience but I went home and filled out the application online. Come the next morning at 7am I still hadn't received anything so I applied with my 2nd bank and had a load approval e-mail to give to the dealer within ten seconds of hitting the submit button. By the time I did get a call from CUofCO I literally had already made the purchase and was driving the car home. I've sat on a decision on what to do but believe it's time to move on. It's a shame because usually the people at this location have been friendly and the Golden location is spectacular but if I cannot rely on a Credit Union to be there when I need them then I shouldn't be keeping my money there.

  I recently was in the brand new Credit Union of Colorado location in Broomfield. The staff is amazingly friendly. I spoke directly with Mr. Jacob Lewis, the branch supervisor. I was very impressed at the level of customer service as well as the way he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. He even offered a few suggestions that cost me nothing and financially benefit me greatly. I can’t say that I’ve ever received that type of service from any other bank or banking app. Give them a try and let them earn your business, I doubt you’ll be sorry.
