They need more staff and employees who are better trained. Do not use Credit union of Colorado at the Broomfield location. The manager is also incompetent and cannot troubleshoot banking issues

- LWLiz WSep 14, 20215.0I recently was in the brand new Credit Union of Colorado location in Broomfield. The staff is amazingly friendly. I spoke directly with Mr. Jacob Lewis, the branch supervisor. I was very impressed at the level of customer service as well as the way he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. He even offered a few suggestions that cost me nothing and financially benefit me greatly. I can’t say that I’ve ever received that type of service from any other bank or banking app. Give them a try and let them earn your business, I doubt you’ll be sorry.
