- AEATA Everest3 days ago1.0The bank has generally been a great place, but I had a disappointing experience with one employee, Michelle. It felt like she lacked professionalism and tried to misuse her position. While another staff member was attempting to assist me, Michelle began speaking in her own language—one I couldn’t understand—and interfered with the help I was receiving. Management really needs to address this behavior if they’re committed to supporting their customers. I’m a regular customer, and this was something I never expected from the bank. Everyone else, including the manager, has always been great, but Michelle definitely needs proper training.
- KTKristen ThorntonAug 12, 20251.0Went in employee was rude also this isn't the place to go to take your change to unless you already have it rolled up which makes no sense as they should have a coin machine that counts it for them had my friend take my change to their bank instead southstate bank is a lot nicer and they have a coin machine and they couldn't right away because they almost closed but they offered to hand count it if they wantet much better customer service and employees are really nice and they offered free water on our way out

Earlier today, work forced me to visit another bank and, my-oh-my... The level of incompetence was monumental. That experience alone has made me appreciative the top-notch service that I have come to expect of a bank and which I have ALWAYS received at Wells Fargo. No other bank comes even close!
