- KTKristen ThorntonAug 13, 20255.0I bank with Wells Fargo and the employee was rude and they refused to put my change in there money counter unless it was rolled up in there coin rolls and they couldn't do that for me so I went to my dad's bank which is southstat and they were close to closing but they even offered to hand count my change because they just cleaned out their coin counter and I didnt want to make them do that so I came in the next day and the employees are so sweet and nice and even offered me water on my way out with my dad. The service was so good I'm considering switching from wells fargo to southstate instead and inside the bank is so clean and everyone's always happy and nice
