After dealing with completely incompetent and rude employees and managers at the Pearl Street branch, this branch cleaned up their messes about 4 separate times. We did have to go into the branch as phone and email were not responded to very quickly, but after the horrible experiences at the Pearl St. branch it was a breath of fresh air to actually be treated with respect. Can't understand how WF corporate lets one branch get away with the absolute worst customer service I have ever had and another can be so helpful.
