  I have been banking with this South Boulder location for five years and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Everyone who works here is kind, patient, welcoming, and happy to help. I’m so lucky to have a bank I feel so good about. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!! Thanks Key in south boulder :)

  This Key bank location has a comfortable, open floorplan inside with ample light and space. The staff complements this space with a relaxed, helpful, and sincere approach. I can recommend agent Cliff Carpenter to help explain various Key resources and provide caring financial guidance.

  Unfortunately, I was a victim of fraud. When I called the customer service number, I got a nasty, rude, unprofessional customer service lady, who told me “You did it.” Implying that it was somehow my fault that I was a victim of a scam. When I came into the branch, like I was told to do, I was told to contact the police and file a report. When I called the police, they told me that I had to report it to the federal trade commission to get a case number. So I did and I also gave them all the information, including the scammers names, phone number and address. I also filled out a sworn statement. I even spoke to someone in the fraud department, who helped me dispute the charges that were related to this scam. The branch manager, also made a photo copy of the scammers letter that was sent to me. He even told me that it looked like a well thought out scam. He was very kind and helpful and I understand that he had nothing to do with the higher level making this unfair decision. That’s why I am not posting his name on this review. I did all of this and wasted two weeks of my time, only for KeyBank to send me an unprofessional letter, saying that they will no longer allow me to bank there. All this could have been avoided, if they just told me this from the beginning. I could have already had another bank account opened at a different bank. If this bank were truly a good business and cared about building relationships with customers, they wouldn’t have treated me like I was a criminal, when I was a victim. I even offered to pay the money back! Even though it wasn’t my fault! I also suspect that this bank is discriminatory against people of color, single mothers and people who have disabilities, such as myself. I will be filling a formal complaint. Do not support this bank. If you are unfortunate to be a victim of fraud (and there are so many scams out there, this bank will drop you like a hot potato! Even if you have solid proof that you were a victim.) Shame on you KeyBank! Your actions are disgraceful and I will advise everyone to not bank here! This bank is untrustworthy and unethical!
