Dan, who is a banker, but was behind the counter at the time, stopped all that he was doing to walk me through the wire transfer process on the WF App (which also saves $ vs. an in-person appt with a banker) step-by-step. He helped verify the information entered, researched the recipient business, double checked my entries, etc. I was so upset having to send a large amount by wire transfer for a debt I didn't even know I had but he made me feel so much more comfortable with the transaction & just in general. Thanks so much for your exceptional assistance, Dan!
- ALAlex LauNov 7, 20251.0I have been a Wells Fargo customer for years. It all suddenly went downhill when they referred me to the Brokerage side opening a brokerage account at the branch. I was just asking about the fees they charge for the brokerage account & it turned into a fiasco as if I am trying to take away food from their mouth. Giving me false information on my investment & selling my investment off without my permissions to get rid of me telling me to close the brokerage account out. OMG, this is really unacceptable. I have to take my money elsewhere I guess....

Condescending, passive-aggressive, employees make it this way, not just the "fees" that this banking corporation charges you for holding onto Your money.
