  This place is dangerous. I've never been here before and will never come back. They dont even have an indoor ATM after hours. The lines outside are unsafe. People too close to each other.

  Had an appointment come to open an account was 10min late due to traffic and they didn't take us in because we were late and they had to take the next appointment no one was here with any time of appointment employees standing round talking yo each other and no one could of help us i had to drive 35min and left work earlier to drive to this location because the one in peoria has terrible customer service I'm starting to think they all do employees dont wanna work anymore or help no one anymore I have pictures but some how I can't load them proof of them doing nothing at all there was 3 people with teller and that was all shame on them

  Went there today get a notary done got there just before 430 after I checked in...lady come says we have 2 notary person today but one with last customer and other already done for day..no customer service i thought ur open until 5 im bank somewhere else better customer service..so I couldn't get my notary done

  I stopped banking with them years ago after they embezzled money via extra fees. The class action wasn’t enough to compensate for the headaches but I thought I was done with this crappy business until I was owed a check from Canvana and tried to cash it. Check states it comes from wellsfargo. So I went there so I didn’t have to wait to process it at my bank. First thing the very nice employee (who should move to a better bank that matches her abilities) “oh, just a warning, sometimes carvana checks give us trouble”. Lmao what?! They are a huge company so if you allow them to bank with you then you should honor any check they are issuing out. Period. It scans and she said it was fine but wellsfargo charges 10$ to cash it. No other bank has this policy on their own checks from any of my years of banking. Even Walmart is only 6 bucks. Come on now. This is not okay! I will no longer accept payments that are drawn off wellsfargo in personal or business life! Period! Horrible company.

  Updated: Took 42 min total from the moment I walked in to walking out . How many times do customers need to complain for something to be done . Reviews are riddled with comments on ridiculous long lines and wait times . I've been standing in line for over 30min with only 8 people in front of me when I arrived. Only 2 tellers working and a bunch of other employees doing nothing .
