Wish I could remember the young woman's name to put it here. NOTE: The roof is being replaced, a light smell of burned rubber or plastic is present and the sound with loud startling booms was a bit unnerving.

(I had asked to be compensated in some way.) Clearly, the "gift" was meant to be insulting. It was an old metal toy in a damaged cardboard box. No note, no apology. I cannot believe a business would treat a customer this way.
