- RARoman AlemayoAug 26, 20251.0My Wells Fargo Experience Today Today was supposed to be a special day — my house closing was scheduled for 6:00 pm. The day started busy but positive. In the morning, I registered my daughter for an after-school activity. I thought everything was set, but later the school called to tell me there had been a mix-up and her activity wouldn’t start until next week. Because of that, I had to drive back to school to pick her up, which pushed my schedule back. I left school around 3:30 pm, and with traffic it took me an hour and a half to get home. I still managed to head straight to Wells Fargo, arriving at 5:00 pm — just one minute after closing. As I walked up, I saw a lady closing the door. I explained my situation and asked for help, letting her know I had my house closing that evening and just needed to talk to someone. Unfortunately, instead of showing understanding, she responded rudely, saying she was the manager and that the bank was closed. I acknowledged it was technically 5:01, but I was disappointed at the lack of empathy, especially on such an important day for me.
