  My roommate was a victim of a scam by someone claiming to be from Comcast! Everyone we have spoke to at keybank was very friendly and helpful! Luckily the scammers did not get any money! Gary had to open new accounts and it's been a pain! Thanks to Amy Hubbard for making the process much easier and for being there for any questions we have had! We are we don't remember everyone's name! But thank you to all involved! Dan Andersen and Gary Brown

  so bad staff,, i just set there for over 30min just for to change of account signer and no one can do it.. only one account rep, and two teller... ,, they cant even do mulit task.. what am management ,,,other banker arw able to do mulit tasking.. train ur peopel

  On the app they're doing a big promotion for mobile deposits. Having never used it before with a bank I thought I'd try it out for the first time. I clicked the link which walked me through the process only to tell me after I've sent it that it won't be available until Monday. All of it. Now typically when I deposit my paycheck I get the first $100 and the rest later. Let me make it clear, there was no prior warning if the difference. So I went into my local branch asking to cancel the mobile deposit to deposit the physical. I was told I had to call the 1-800 to have it done. So I sat in my car and called. The first rep told me he was sending me off to level 2 to go for a release. That i would need to have a banker at my bank not as my account as well. Level 2 told me nope. Nothing could be done. He rudely said, "It says next business day doesnt it" Again, not until after you've gone through with the process. The bank manager of the bank said she could give me the 100 advance for a charge of $37 I said it was unacceptable. She went on saying those were the options. She told me I should have known. I explained I've never used mobile deposits. She told me all banks are this way with mobile deposits. I clarified I've never gone through the process with any bank. After some back and forth she says, "Are you done? I was helping someone else and youre wasting his and my time i was going to tell you I'll reverse the charge" She was able to embaress and degrade me but not say it until that moment? The entire exchange was around 2-3 minutes by the way. I wasn't standing there "wasting her time" for 10+ minutes. I am extremely appalled by thr customer service. I hadnt had an issue before today. Never disputed a charge or reversed a fee. As soon as I have nothing pending i will no longer be their customer.
