Every Key Bank location there agree but this location only needs please fix the manager this problem really forget Social Security number

The unfortunate part was the stress of the matter: first, my account was set up incorrectly, so I was wrongly charged fees; second, while the original fees were returned - the customer service ended there, another fee was charged, in my opinion, due to lack of diligent customer service, and fees were "unable to be refunded." Thank goodness for the 1-800# and Jason. Will be researching alternative branches in the area.
