- LWLewis Watkins6 days ago1.0DO NOT-I REPEAT-DO NOT open an account here if you’re a person of color, especially a black person, you will be met with micro-aggressions until you leave! There are two wonderful tellers at the front, a man and a woman, whom I dealt with in the past after selling items at music go round. They both were so wonderful and talked such a great game about ENT Credit Union that I made an appointment to create a business account at that branch. MY FIRST MISTAKE!!!! The manager ran out when she saw us, and looked me up and down before sighing. I was dressed pretty nicely, I had an event to run afterwards. She said that she could make a business account for us, but she needed to see my EIN, and my business registrations and license. I easily emailed all of these to her, but they she changed her tune. She said she needed articles of organization, that I could get a template from online. She replied she still needed them, I said that’s funny because that’s not what I was initially told by the two wonderful tellers, and by her herself, and I reminded her that I was a sole proprietorship, and no one had needed my articles before. She said she still needed them, and that I could send them to her and speak with her Monday. She told me to use a template and get her the articles-MIND YOU- I’VE NEVER HAD TO GIVE THE ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION TO ANYONE ELSE. I nodded politely, and she handed me someone else card and stated that’s who would be doing my business account. I made the appointment for Monday online as well, at 3 and I waited for a call. To their credit, they called early Monday morning, but unfortunately, it was to inform me that I would not be seen at 3, but if I could stop what I was doing and come in earlier at their convenience. All around, a transparent level of professionalism that does little to hide the unpleasant feeling, the dirty looks, and a poorly managed credit union that could’ve negatively impacted my business had I decided to continue and create an account with ENT! The manager even did that horrendous face turned, hand out, pinching the card I’m handing you thing people do as if she was a child trying to avoid catching cooties. What other banks lack in ENT’s benefits, they make up for with humanity, decency, and respect for their members. So PLEASE-PLEASE-PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! With how crazy everything is, we all deserve a financial institution that treats us kindly and honestly.

He took us into his office and kindly informed us on the opening procedure, and luckily we had everything we needed already on us. Juan made the process quick and he was very friendly! We got our accounts setup easily and setting up an online account was quick and easy as well. If you're looking for a new checking, savings, and/or credit card, I highly recommend stopping by this branch and talking with Juan to get such setup and running quickly! Thank you guys for everything!

- JAJohn AtencioJul 14, 20251.0I wanted to open a new bank account. So I took the morning off to open me a new account. So I've heard good things about ENT. I went in at11:00 AM and I was informed they were on lunch. But wait they start at 9:00 am and then take lunch at 11:00am, 2 hours after they start. Ok, so not a good start. ENT has lost my business. This is just ridiculous, perhaps ENT don't care about new accounts. Perhaps Ent has all the customers they need. Or perhaps this location has extremely lazy employees. Either way seems like I dodged a bullet. I do not recoment ENT banking. Very unfortunate as I've taken time off of work to to open me a new bank account today.
