- BVBobby VittoreJul 25, 20231.0I walked in to get info about investing for myself, my son who has special needs, and another son who is active duty in the military. It was 2:10pm where it says they are open where you don’t need an appointment, Saturday’s are appointment only. Well I walked in and there were four of them sitting in the lobby and they all looked at me like I was interrupted their day by just walking half way thru the door. I just turned around and said I just you are having a meeting. If they don’t have time to even say “Hello” then they are not getting my money. I am a retired Veteran with rental properties who has money to invest. Maybe they looked at me and judged me but they lost three customers in less than 10 seconds. I would not recommend.
