They have helpfully guided my wife and I through all kinds of financial transactions with genuinely friendly, accurate, and non-pressured (and free, or extremely reasonably priced) services and advice. No sales pitch for overpriced junk services or products here. The interest rates can't be beat, and the visa card payment terms are amazing. All of our family members bank here now.

The security bars were already down and I asked if there was still time before closing. One lady looked at her screen to see the time, did a big sigh, as I'm assuming she knew they had closed a few minutes early, just to look at me with and other staff in the room with a blank look on her face, then to have the security guard speak out. It's 530pm. In the minute or so we where having the discussion another lady then said. Our computers now say it's 530pm. I understand i was there close to you closing time but you advertise 530pm as a close time. Not before. Ashame on the team here for putting their needs to go home a few minutes early ahead of the customer. I only needed 2 to 3 minutes of your time and you obviously didn't care about the urgency of my situation.
