- AGAayush GroverMar 18, 20251.0My mortgage loan recently got transferred to this lender. I called them multiple times to get an appraisal done on my property to get rid of PMI from my loan. Christine Fletcher said they would follow up on this with me. It has been 6 weeks and there’s no follow up from them. If you are looking for a lender, stay as far away as possible from this bank. Their customer service is really bad.

My most recent encounter at this branch left me frustrated and looking to drive further to the newer branch for proper services. What the other reviews don't tell you, is when you have a bad experience like I did, the branch manager and their offsite support staff jump in to fix the problem and garner feedback to avoid them in the future. Not just for me personally, but for all of their customers to have a more seamless, stress free banking experience.
