- FBFrancesca Butler3 days ago1.0Taylor is the rudest individual that I've ever met at this store. I was in there 2-3 weeks ago, maybe and every time she's there, she talks like a little mouse behind the window making it extremely hard for people to hear her. I asked her if she could speak up, and she flat out told me she would NOT speak up and that's the loudest she would speak. I let her know how rude she was every time I came in; she was rude. I informed her if she didn't like her job, she might consider getting a new one. As I was leaving, she decided to SPEAK up very CLEARLY and LOUDLY with a few rude unprofessional comments, that heard as I was walking out, so clearly, she has the ability to speak up. NITA is the only person that has delivered around the clock excellent customer service, no matter what the circumstances are. TAYLOR should fired!!
