- KRKaren Ruth6 days ago1.0Just had an appointment there with Matt. Who made me feel uncomfortable. I tried to make small talk just he just ignored me. Made me feel like what I was asking him to help with was inconvenient for him. The whole experience made me want to just pull out all my money and leave the whole bank completely. But I know one experience doesn’t speak about other banks so I just think for now on I’ll go to a different Wells Fargo and just avoid this one completely.

Whenever I go there they are severely understaffed and can’t seem to have enough teller stations open. To top it off, their indoor ATM machine is broken so I could not deposit the money I needed to. Not sure if the drive thru would be any more efficient considering how many times I’ve tried to go here unsuccessfully.
