The ATM is always down and I have to go to the closest which now charges me 2.50 to 5 bucks each time. And every time I inquire about being refunded, I never get message returned.

I went to many different locations to cash out my work check and had no problem but this location is the only one that gives me trouble and claims they can’t cash my check. It’s very disappointing when i drive all the way to arvada to try to cash my check just for them to tell me they can’t cash it then i have to drive far to find any other wellsfargo that will do it with no problem. Super annoying how they work and make it so frustrating because they truly always look clueless and never sure what they’re doing. Need to hire a completely new staff and managers. Wish i could’ve rated a zero but 1 is the lowest i can do.

I had to withdraw money the other day and they were out of hundred dollar bills (how does a bank not have hundred dollar bills?) so had to get a couple thousand dollars in 50’s and 20’s. Tired of their endless excuses and apologies.
