Every time I come here they make up their own "corporate rules" with every different employee. Ugh, I only come here because of current business situations I have right now.

The ATM is always down and I have to go to the closest which now charges me 2.50 to 5 bucks each time. And every time I inquire about being refunded, I never get message returned.
- KMKynesha MartinezAug 23, 20241.0I don't not like this bank, every time I come here I leave annoyed. Today I sat in the drive through 10 minutes before anyone even came to the window. Then when she finally came, she was eating and she didn't apologize for making me wait. And every time I come I sit in the drive through at least 15 to 20 minutes before I leave. People have places to be and things to do. Also they are always changing their "policies ", this isn't my bank I have a business account associated with this bank so one day one person says I need to fill out a deposit slip then the next time another person will say I won't. They don't know and they are rude.
