  This review is long past due. After years of irs issues stemming from their services I have to say the indifference toward their faults in handling my taxes was appalling. After tracking down the issues myself and asking repeatedly for them to refill, they never did. They added business line of credit deposits as income, costing me around $15k. No one apology....not one attempt to re-file. Another year they filed my taxes late even though my documentation was in to them BY January.... who paid the late fees, not them! Several years of notices for delinquent filing as well...

  This team goes above and beyond for me every time I need them. Jen is great and took the time to explain what I was doing incorrectly with my business accounting before it was a problem.

  Flakes. Had an appointment this morning at 11, was there 10 min early. No one there, sign on the door said be back by 11:10. Waited till 11:25. No call. Finally someone arrives but not the person I had the meeting with. I was looking for a new accountant to replace the flake I had, I think I found out what I needed to about this outfit. Search continues. My time is valuable as well. Gave 2 stars because I unfortunately don't know about their accounting skills, just don't appreciate wasting my time.
