They did not file my 2019 taxes after they told me they had which caused a huge mess when I tried filling my 2020 taxes online. After a year later in which I got a bill for over 500.00 in penalties from the IRS. I did not receive much needed stimulus checks as well since no taxes where filled which caused significant struggle during the hard times of working less hours during the pandemic. After a back and forth, they finally did pay the penalties I owed. This was after recieving a letter from the IRS that my money was about to be garnished. Now they are trying to bill me for payment on 2020 taxes they they didn't prepare or file! What kind of accounting firm doesn't know if they've provided services or not for someone? I've got other friends that have had similar issues. The amount of stress and headache they have caused me for over a year has been hell. I certainly would not recommend them for your accounting or tax needs. There's plenty of other options out there.
