- MHMariajose HidalgoDec 23, 20251.0Having problems activating a business debit card. These people gave me attitude from the very beginning as if the problem was me. Then they changed the card because they thought it was the card even though they said it showed active in their systems. They couldn’t be bothered to do any other inquiry other than “let’s give you a new card.” They give me a new card and the same thing happened. Their answer “we don’t have anything to do with the cards here so I will ask, you can just wait.” Ok, we wait, they supposedly “link” the card to the account but I have the same issue trying to activate it. These people are so unhelpful, calling is no use either because I’ve called before and the same thing happens. If it wasn’t because my husband loves this bank for some weird reason, I’d be switching all accounts. Chase offers way better customer service than this credit union. Wasting my time is not appreciated.

I called them and filled out an avadavat and sent copies of my drivers license and police report. The bank said they would call me later that day with an update. It's been 8 days and I haven't heard anything. They told me someone applied for credit using my information. I asked for a copy of the application so I know what information of mine is at risk, and can't seem to get a call back.
