- AMAshika MaharajJan 25, 20221.0Worst customer service . Bankers not available as well as manager all the time you call. Not only in the pandemic, but any time. Answer is always that we are short staffed. Its difficult living in a area where there are few banks. My only regret is that I joined this bank with my business 6 years ago. Most of the time that you call them the person who answers does not understand anything about banking (when you explain them your reason for calling or banking queries that you have). Simple banking verification letter , is a challenge to get from them. Never write reviews on local business, but this is a national brand bank that have people working in this branch is totally incompetent, lack customer service skills, feels like they are doing you a favor. Totally Frustrated.
