The worst bank we’ve dealt with. Never again, they’ve lost our business, our trust accounts, our savings accounts and personal accounts as of today. Worthless banking tactics that only benefit the bank. No benefits to consumers whatsoever.

Tellers have no manners in this branch location inside Vons. I found it so rude of one of the tellers who insinuated that I skipped the line in the queue. I did fall in line with the only line they have for both ATM and person tellers. In front of me was the next person in the queue, and I was second in line. Anyway, that guy in front of me told me that he's just waiting for the ATM, and since I was waiting for a person teller and was next in line after him, I stepped out to the side of the line instead, to wait for the teller to call the next person to the window. Again I was second in the queue behind the person who just wanted to use the ATM. It's not like there are numerous people in front of me, who may or may not need an ATM or a teller person.
Then right away as the teller called in the next person to get service, I proceeded to his window. Immediately the teller's disrespectful demeanor shows. He did not look at me and instead continued yelling, "next person in line," while looking at the next person in the line queue, who was in front of me before. So I looked at the teller and inside my head I thought, "what's going on?" Then finally he looked at me and told me that there is a line that I should follow. The teller probably saw me approaching from the side, not from the line. But also, he probably did not know that I was in line before, behind the guy who was next in queue, who just wanted the ATM, not the teller.
So I explained what happened to the teller that I was behind that guy who was next in the line queue, who beforehand told me that he was only waiting for the ATM, not the person teller. I don't know if the teller understood what I said or not: the fact that I bypassed that person in front of me with a good reason. Instead he just responded back to me that there is still just one line for both the ATM and person tellers. I already knew that, and it was not really the right response to what I just explained. Even after explaining my scenario, the teller just couldn't give me the benefit of the doubt or understand my situation at all.
Anyway, I tried to explain one last time to the teller about what had happened but just very briefly at that point. Then finally, I did get a condescending "okay" word as a response from him.

These tellers act like they are bored & could care less. I have cashed a check for the same amount at this location for 18 months. This check is written & given to me from a person that has at least 2 Wells Fargo accounts.
I am charged $10.00 each time for cashing their account holders check. Although they see the account has more than enough funds to cover payment of the check. Yesterday they decided they had to speak to their account holder to confirm payment of this check. I guess they feel they should have some control of their account holder's budget. Strange. While I was waiting on Wells Fargo to contact my friend the bank closed. I was invited to waste my time & change my schedule to return on Saturday. Since I work on Saturdays I could not get to Wells Fargo before they closed on Saturday.
What a joke.
After 18 months of seeing me cashing their account holder's check for the same amount and ALWAYS sufficient funds.
Wells Fargo chooses to keep his money(for their own business profits). Wells Fargo causes me a lot of extra time & effort. I am extremely angry and tired of jumping through hoops for Wells Fargo.
* No wonder why I bank elseware.

I've been a customer for over 30 years. They've always treated me with respect and like I'm a valued customer. The complaint I have is not just Wells Fargo, but ALL banks not enough tellers. I don't have 25 or more minutes to stand in line. Otherwise I love my bank.
