He is available, extremely knowledgeable, patient and treats you like family. His new assistant Vanessa is eager to help with a lot of experience and knows the business well. They make a perfect professional team. To us, they are both five stars. Can’t recommend David high enough.

Each time it was a short conversation that left you thinking it was being taken care. But when I had not heard anything back I would call again to find that I had to do something else. First time; we will get a check out to you. Then I would call back and find out that the check was not sent yet but was being processed. Then it wasnt sent again but I was told if i wanted it sooner I could send them my bank information and they would direct deposit. Then I called back again and he was busy and could not call me for a few days. A few days later I got an email asking me to sign up for an account so I could sign some documents. Still no call. It seems he does not have time for the people who are not big investors. I also asked for a withdrawal from Fidelity investments. The conversation was 15 minutes. The funds were in my account in two days. Now that's customer service. I will update as soon as I have more info.
