I had some fees that were incurred do to them putting a hold on a check that I had deposited at the other branch even tho I was told there would not be a hold and it had posted the next day then they pulled the funds. They were very helpful throughout the whole ordeal. Once the check hold was lifted I still had lots of fees added to my account, I went in and they were very helpful and promptly resolved my issue. I didn't get any of their names, but they were all very nice.

I have good credit and several decent sources of income. But they denied me a line of credit to buy a much needed car. I am leaving this bank and going to Sierra Central, a local bank. Taking all my business there. Including my savings, my mortgage, checking and credit card.
