I have visited several locations in the Yuba Sutter area. I have seen the upmost excellent service. However, I have been in this location (on Colusa) several times at different times of the day, different seasons of the year, and this one particular teller has never shown kindness. It feels like I am a burden to this teller. Either this teller needs to be taught what customer service looks like, or work from the background. This type of service should NOT be on the front side.
