Doors didn't open at 9:00 because we were required to make an appointment, so I made an appointment on my phone while waiting. Door opens and I say that I have an appointment, then I'm told to go to the drive thru instead after I was already waiting at the front door for 15 minutes. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes to go through the drive thru. It's interesting to note that on Saturday, May 2nd, 2020, I went to Schools Financial and there were no restrictions. Glad I'm not a customer of Umpqua because if I was I would be finding another bank. This whole restrictions thing is really dumb and needs to stop because it's not helping anyone at this point.

I have visited several locations in the Yuba Sutter area. I have seen the upmost excellent service. However, I have been in this location (on Colusa) several times at different times of the day, different seasons of the year, and this one particular teller has never shown kindness. It feels like I am a burden to this teller. Either this teller needs to be taught what customer service looks like, or work from the background. This type of service should NOT be on the front side.
