I walked in twice and both times I was turned away with “issues” I was unable to cash my cashiers checks because they were unable to verify them since it was past 5pm. I told them I was comfortable with the hold and they refused to process them. I was handed my checks and was told to return. I just had a baby and scheduled to walk into the branch in between feedings. This is unacceptable. Love Wells Fargo but can’t say the same about this branch!

It has been 7 months since and multiple follow ups and the binder still did not make it. The days of good personal banking are long gone and especially at the horse and carriage bank!!
