- RRRobAug 14, 20251.0Don’t come to this bank trying to cash a check if you’re a non member here, running into the same problem. I don’t understand you’re a bank branch, there’s a check drawn on your bank and you’re telling people they can only cash it at certain branches. I’ve never heard anything like this in my life. Wells, Chase, and US bank doesn’t operate like this. Waste of time and such a stupid policy.

In my first visit at Citi bank I was shown more personalized care and kindness than my previous bank ever did.
