- NYNick YoungOct 9, 20251.0I recently had a very disappointing experience at this Wells Fargo branch that I feel compelled to share. Since my dad passed away, I helped my mom set up an online account in her own name to manage her caregiving expenses separately from the family’s joint account. Given that my mom has pulmonary hypertension and is on oxygen, it’s really challenging to bring her into the bank. I was hoping for a bit of understanding, but instead, the teller I dealt with was quite rude and dismissive. On a previous visit, I also spoke to the branch manager, who unfortunately wasn’t any more helpful. Ultimately, I felt like they just turned me away without any real concern for our situation, as if it was entirely my problem to deal with. While I almost considered leaving an extra star simply because they let me bring my dog inside, the overall experience was just too negative. I’m now considering closing this account and taking our business elsewhere
