Credit card doesn’t match with my name just because she doesn’t know how to type. I went to this branch at least five times . She is never there . Always at lunch , break . Or other freaking excuses . I left massages for her . No respond . Never try this branch .

I sat and waited in the lobby for 35 minutes only to be told by the manager that “the bankers didn’t have time to see me today and that I could get a business card and make an appointment”. He then proceeded to point at two other individuals that came in AFTER me and said that they also needed to be helped. It’s not my fault that no other branches are open in the surrounding area. Lastly, you might close at 4pm but to throw individuals out without assisting them is insulting. I also bank at Chase down the street, their customer service is superb and I’ve never once been asked to leave. Don’t waste your time at this establishment, save your money for Chase.
