  Absolute joke of a branch. New paint job doesn’t help. I went in to cash two checks issued by Citibank. I’m a non-customer and was told they do not cash checks for non-customers, even if you’re willing to pay a fee. No reasonable explanation, just a rigid and ridiculous policy. They then handed me a clearly outdated photocopied list of “approved” locations : only five between Woodland Hills and Oxnard…and told me to drive another 35+ minutes. Note even the papers harsh “ NON customer “ intro!! Neither the manager nor head banker cared. I was treated as an inconvenience and met with attitude simply for pointing out how absurd this policy is. Update; The response from the ”owner” shows how out of touch this location is. I took the checks to Bank of America, deposited them with zero issue, and even they laughed when I showed them Citibank’s paper. Unprofessional, unwelcoming, and completely out of touch. Avoid this location.

  Woodland Hills Very poor knowledge . Palisades is really nice and bright Woodland Hills New employees are very rude and I’ve been banking there for 42 years . Slow and they don’t really care . They treat seniors horrible and rush rush rush . Leaving for Bank of America
