  They are so rude, unpleasant employees and managements, they are always busy having conversation among themselves, if you ever have an issue and wanted to ask a question, it would be a bother to them to take care of clients issues, It would take an act of Congress for them to answer clients questions! Citibank needs to spend some of their high earning on their management and employees training rather than cable advertising, billboards and so on...

  Doesn't even deserve 1 star. The people are nice, but that is about it. I made two trips here regarding a business account. Trip 1- I have had a personal Citibank account for about 15 years. I wanted to open a business account and I brought all paperwork with me. As only one person was working and she was on lunch, they told me it would be an hour before she got back, so I went home and returned later. It should have taken about 15 minutes to open the account, but the lady had no idea what she was doing. It ended up taking about an hour for her to fill out basic questions and get the account set up. I get home and realize that I have no online access to my account. Apparently, need to fill out a form at the bank to have online access. Wish she would have told me this. Whatever, no big deal. Trip 2- I printed the online access form from the CitiBank website and filled it out. It said to drop it off at the local branch. I went to a teller and said I just need to drop this off. She had no idea what it was and suggested that I wait to see a banker. I waited about 30-40 minutes and finally handed it the banker and said that the form says to just drop it off. She was very confused and asked me to wait while she called someone. She gave the person on the phone all the details on the form and the person on the phone was telling her how to enter it into her computer. She struggled on entering some of the information so it took way longer than it should have. Ok, I have wasted hours at Citibank, but still no biggie. She tells me that I will get my login information in the mail in 3 days. Well today, marks 2 weeks and I still have not got it. So, I called the Citibank General number and they said that the form was never entered! To make matters worse, the guy on the phone emailed me the form and said I can fill it out and send it to him. It took me about 3-4 minutes to complete and email back to him. Keep in mind this was two different bankers, not the same person each time. I really don't understand how these two basic tasks could be so hard for them?

  Never answered my phone, poor service. Keeps transfering my calls to customer service.
