  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Theresa Aguilar at the Banc of California Woodland Hills branch. During one of the most challenging times in my life, Theresa proved to be an absolute godsend. When my mother was recently diagnosed with dementia and could no longer manage her own affairs, I found myself overwhelmed and uncertain about how to proceed with establishing power of attorney over her accounts. I called Banc of California seeking guidance, and I was fortunate enough to be directed to Theresa Aguilar. From our very first conversation, Theresa demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism, empathy, and expertise. She immediately understood the urgency and sensitivity of my situation. Rather than simply pointing me in the right direction, Theresa took complete ownership of the process. She clearly explained every step I needed to take, then took the reins and handled everything with a level of competence and care that exceeded anything I could have hoped for. What truly sets Theresa apart is her remarkable combination of efficiency and compassion. She recognized that I was dealing with a difficult family situation and worked as quickly as possible to get everything resolved, all while treating me with genuine kindness and understanding. Her stellar performance during this difficult time gave me tremendous peace of mind. Recently, I needed Theresa’s help again with some online banking issues that I was struggling to navigate on my own. True to form, she grabbed the bull by the horns and is handling everything efficiently. Her willingness to go above and beyond, not just once but consistently, speaks volumes about her character and dedication to customer service. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Theresa’s help. She made an incredibly stressful situation manageable and gave me the support I desperately needed. She is not just an exceptional employee… she is a true asset to Banc of California and exemplifies what outstanding customer service should look like.   $10.00 fee to cash a check because I'm not a member. Since a class action suit check.... Extra approval needed to cash a check.... Waiting.......... Also have to pay for parking here and walk over to the building. Then suit to get to the bank. Their person to validate the checks is not picking up the line. Zara Avanes / teller has called multiple times. Avoid this bank!!

  Banc of California might be a small bank, but it is a great bank. They are a big small bank. Everyone is so friendly and polite every time. They take it back to the good old days of banking where they focus on customer relationships and not just selling you a product or service.

  Robert trick is the best banker ! he help me out with all my business banking needs. He followed up on time and went above and beyond for us. The entire staff was very helpful and if you love soccer then this is your bank !
