I went to the Whittier on Greenleaf branch, the branch was closed, the only way I found out was a small sign on the door saying the branch is temporarily closed and will reopen as soon as possible. Should I be concerned when I need to access the branch for anything in person again? Will it be open? Thank you

- COChristopher O'DayJun 3, 20251.0DO NOT let this place talk you into leaving the line and using the ATM’s inside if you’re withdrawing a large amount of money. I was the 3rd or 4th person in line and needed to withdraw nearly $9000 from my account. Lady there said I could use the ATM inside to do that and walked me over to the machine. Then informed me I would need to do 2 transactions because the limit is $5000, on whatever. Put my card in, put in the amount “waiting for employee approval” or something like that pops up. She asks for my ID, walks to the other side of the building to someone behind a desk. Over there so long machine times out so when she finally came back I had to start over again and she had to go back to the person at the desk with my ID again. When she comes back with her little tablet that’s supposed to be their connection with the ATM to do their part now she can’t get a connection to the machine and starts taking 2-3 steps this way and that way trying to connect. Finally get the first transaction done and have to do it all over again for the second transaction to include taking my ID for a 3rd time to the person behind the desk across the room. If they would have left me alone and I stayed in line for the teller I would have been out of there money in hand 15 minutes faster. Most of the 15-20 people in line behind me were gone by the time I was done.
