My account has a restriction on it and when I called to get it taken care of the representative that was supposed to help me was rushing me and did not have the best interest of the company or myself. The attitude was snappish and a take it or leave it then she hung up on me. Her name is Nakia.

Called credit union and was given a 800 # not given my bank phone # I feel like closing my account if I get this type of lousy service.
