  I strongly advise against applying for a loan with this company. They recently advertised a loan specifically for individuals employed by the federal government. I applied as a contractor working under a federal agency, but my application was denied simply because I am classified as a contractor—despite having valid ID proving my employment with the federal government. Contractors are also impacted by government shutdowns, so I found their response to be frustrating. I recommend looking for loan options elsewhere.

  Terrible Service. I traded in my vehicle that I was financing with them and there was trouble with my payoff. Not only was I notified until my account was delinquent. Instead of helping all they would Say is “we don’t do courtesy removals on delinquency’s” and put all the blame on me. When I was not notified until the account was delinquent and given the incorrect payoff information. And they were being so rude the entire time. This is why I switched to another bank and will never work with Cusocal again. Terrible rude customer service. And my credit is destroyed. Good luck financing a car with them. They’ll put all the blame on you if something isn’t right.

  I tried to deposit 1300.00 cash today Sunday the atm tried to kick out the money but only 200.00 came back 1100.00 was stuck in the atm the machine kept my money and said to contact the bank.this is the second time that I've put in cash and the last time it took about a week to get my money. The atm are terrible at the Hadley Whittier branch .
