I couldn't get them to translate to English. I could make out Citi Bank so I went over to the bank and they were super helpful. Mind you I am not a customer there. But they wrote down everything that I needed in order to make this wire transfer. So nice and helpful. Thanks guys.

People need to get over themselves and realize it's a bank not a supermarket or retailer . The tellers go as quickly as possible and do their best. If you want faster service use the 24 ATM.
