I couldn't get them to translate to English. I could make out Citi Bank so I went over to the bank and they were super helpful. Mind you I am not a customer there. But they wrote down everything that I needed in order to make this wire transfer. So nice and helpful. Thanks guys.

My entire family and I have been client's of this bank for so long that it was named Cal-Fed years before it was renamed citinank. Personally we've never had the many problems these other reviews dicribe, sure you might have to wait in a line but it's only on their busy days wich is very rare, but the line always go's quickly that you don't notice. The tellers are not incompetent its more like the customers are because they don't know how to communicate with what they want the teller to do half the time, it's not like they are mind readers and can guess what the customer needs. If you don't like banking here than go to other unfriendly unhelpful banks in whittier like Wells Fargo there are plenty of those who will treat you more unfairly than this bank does.
