Regretfully, they replaced the two nice ATMs with an old single ATM machine, without any privacy. When you enter your PIN, other customer can see your PIN! Poor judgement by the branch.
- JCJiajun ChangSep 12, 20231.0I opened the checking and saving account at this branch. The banker told me that I am eligible with open bonus for both accounts. Later I found that the bonus was not applied to saving accounts when the account is opened. This is deceiving. If the banker told me the truth then I would not open the saving account. I emailed and called them many times and no one is caring about my situation. When I went to the bank, they just let me wait there and serve others. I am so disappointed with Wells Fargo's service. I will close all of my Wells Fargo account very soon.
