  Poor Management...Don't bother visiting this branch. No one can take your deposit. Teller is on break and none of the other 5 bankers in suits can bring themselves to make deposits at a bank. Visit Jacki and the team on Moorpark Rd. They are the only reason I am sticking with Citibank in this absurd moment. What a joke branch.

  I went to get a cashier's check to myself so I could move some money back over to my originating bank since the rate I was initially offered by Citi on a high yield savings ended up falling through. The process TOOK OVER ONE HOUR AND SARAH WAS RUDE THE ENTIRE TIME. After a teller issued a check (which wasn't given to me), I was transferred to Sarah. Because it was a newer account, she apparently had to call the internal reconciliation department. OK. Got it. But then I had to explain THREE times why I was taking my own money out to transfer it back to Wells Fargo (to the original account from which I took the money) .... only for Sarah to relay half the explanation to internal reconciliation and act like she couldn't hear me when I was trying to show her the cashier's check receipt associated with the check used to bring the money over from Wells Fargo, as well as email correspondence with the Citi private banker with whom I had been working. Then, when I was on the phone with the Citi private banker I had been working with and was speaking with that banker, Sarah interjected ... when I said that I needed a couple minutes to finish speaking with the banker, Sarah threatened to freeze my account and lock me out of it. Once I finally finished with Sarah, I then had to wait in line for a teller to free up (note that, at the beginning of this whole process, I was with a teller and a check was printed, and I was told it would take only a few minutes to confirm with internal reconciliation). Then the teller lets me know she has to start the whole process of issuing a check again because they tore up the other one. Great. 10 more minutes of my life wasted. Nice job, Citi!

  When it's almost pitch dark by 5pm , 10am is too late to open . People have things to do . Open your branch earlier.

  Please do not pay attention to BUSINESS HOURS as the managers create their own schedules! They close the bank at 2 pm without letting their customers know and Agoura Hills branch just closed their doors and forgot to tell their customers as well.
