- BKBoh KaishernOct 11, 20255.0Really, really thanks to Leonardo Gonzalez for helping me out yesterday! My account was flagged for fraud and I couldn’t unlock my online banking. I tried verifying my identity through a phone call with Wells Fargo, but at the last step of verification, I couldn’t receive the verification link. The customer service rep told me to go to the nearest Wells Fargo branch for ID verification. I was honestly panicking a bit because I had a flight to catch in just 4 hours, and a few of my friends who had a similar issue at another branch in DC were told they needed an appointment. But Leonardo was super kind even though he already had an appointment going on, he still took the time to help me. He was patient, professional, and very understanding of my situation. Everything got sorted out smoothly thanks to him. TBH the best guy I’ve met in a service line

- RTReshma ThapaJul 7, 20221.0I came to request a letter for immigration purpose, where the bank officer only has to print a letter as a proof of account verification stating the balance. And the banker is like we can’t do that, we have never done that. The same institution created a letter few months back and just so they can get rid of customer they are saying they can’t. Funny part was the guy made up the wait times. I understand they have appointment booked ahead but this one was straight up lie as the guy before me left for him he had waited the guys said will take an hour but for me it would take more than 2 hours.I have been banking with them since they were Wachovia this is the first time I have experienced such unhelpful customer service. Who without properly understanding is straight ready to reject the request. Worst banking experience at Wells Fargo
