- ALAce LocksmithDec 8, 20251.0Terrible management at the West sac location, the manager refused to cash my check saying that shed rather save the money for her members, keep in mind this is under 10k , I went to another location on Freeport bvd and Lauryn greeted me professionally, helped me without mentioning any of the other non sense the other branch manager mentioned her name was Lily I believe. This financial institution needs to align their policies and have better client care. I could have became a member today but Lily refused my business!!!
