  The employees at this branch should be properly trained. I had no issues what so ever with other SAFE branches but this one… My minor daughter which she works for her money, could not withdraw without a “state ID” when she has been doing it plenty of times with a student ID and answered some security questions. Then you deny her to take her money out unless a parent travels 30 minutes to the bank??? I opened her student account with her student ID and social security card. And after that the branch in Folsom had no issue giving her money with a student ID and Ssn. You’re telling me all minors that have an account with you guys need a “State ID”? You’re a joke! This branch needs a major remodeling of employees and management.

  No recomiendo este branch de west Sacramento para las personas que tengan aspecto latino, serán tratados como gente de segunda clase. Tal vez si eres blanco no hispano está bien para tí. Alberto habla español pero igual él si es de primera clase y no será amable contigo, si tu tienes preguntas él no tiene respuestas para tí, su prioridad son otro tipo de clientes que no tengan aspecto Hispano. Yo soy dueño de un pequeño negocio y JAMÁS tendria a alguien como él trabajando en mi negocio. La amabilidad es lo primordial para cualquier empleador.

  I've banked here for 20 years and today they froze my account left me stranded and won't reopen my account till my girlfriend drives 3 hours to show them her ID. I'll be closing all my accounts.
