- LLLeviDec 29, 20251.0This branch is consistently understaffed and arbitrarily limits customers to two rolls of quarters per visit, which creates unnecessary repeat trips and long wait times. The result is a lot of standing around with no clear reason for the delay. Either staff more tellers at the windows or increase the number of coin rolls allowed per visit—doing neither is counterproductive and wastes everyone’s time. What makes it worse is seeing multiple tellers sitting in cubicles while service windows remain closed. Overall, the customer experience here is poor, inefficient, and frustrating.

- AZA ZAug 7, 20251.015 minutes line doesn’t move, only 1 of two will assist, then they all disappear and no teller… Only came in cause I dripped a drop of coffee on my check, still easily readable by a human, the ink was fine, but they can’t deposit it unless the machine scans it even though I get checks from this company weekly. Never going in again.
