They she said that her system is not working and she can't reschedule me but I can do it online again. This manager should not be manager at best she is just a clerk

Customer service is floating between branches and will not be at a specific bank unless they have appointments. Also you basically have to open your bank acct online. I was told bank teller can walk you through it otherwise make an appointment.
