We took the initiative and approached them, they said “sorry we don’t have appointment available, do you want to book an appointment for tomorrow?”

This just happened today about 1 hour ago. She set me up with the business rep Wasab. While I was asking about the documents, he continuously stared at me looking very irritated. He looked at me dumbfounded and was condescending with his facial expressions. It really disturbed me. After he pointed for me to go online to access the documents, which was fine… but the process was bizarre and unprofessional
- CCcarlosNov 5, 20181.0This is a really awful branch. I tried to cash a check from one of my customers the manager told me there was not enough funds to cover the amount. I called the person who issued the check the money was there. They refused to cash the check because I wasn't a customer of wells Fargo. Very terrible bank.
