- RARodolfo AramayoNov 6, 20251.0They advised me poorly and I lost money in the process. After telling the financial advisor I was buying a house they let me close my premium checking and savings only to charge me 40$ for each wire transaction that they knew was going to be made for the mortgage purchase. They did not try to be accountable for the bad advice as it would have been better for me to downgrade the accounts after sending the mortgage wire transfers which left me paying 80$ of wire fees. They had 1 job and that was to advise me on this crucial financial transaction but Valerie did not have my best financial interest at heart and instead chose a path to charge me 80$ in fees, knowing I had an upcoming home purchase. How can I trust hundreds of thousands of dollars with advisors that can’t even advise ways to save in wire fees with someone that had premier checking and savings accounts.

They are friendly and they show that they care. They do their best to give the utmost customer service. It’s not crowded and plenty of parking spaces. It’s also conveniently connected to USPS and the shopping center has CVS, Starbucks, Safeway, John Muir, hair & nail salons, gas station, other banks, and plenty of restaurants. Rushan KP is the man. Please give this guy a raise or promotion. He goes above and beyond for his customers’ satisfaction.

Staff is always very friendly and very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you might have. Wells Fargo very good when it comes to customer service. Every time I visit this branch, I receive call to ask how was my visit, small things like that makes you feel very appreciated.
