  A Masterclass in Incompetence This Wells Fargo branch has provided one of the most astonishing displays of incompetence I’ve ever encountered. In August, my elderly mother and I went in to cancel a recurring payment. After nearly an hour of back-and-forth, we were told it had been resolved. It wasn’t. She went back a second time on her own—still not resolved. I then went a third time, armed with full documentation, identification, and a valid Power of Attorney, only to be told I now needed a “letter of incapacitation.” When I pointed out that my mother is not incapacitated, no one could explain what exactly this letter was supposed to say, who was meant to issue it, or why it was required at all. It was clear the staff had no idea what they were talking about. Throughout, they were curt, unhelpful, and evasive. When I asked for clarification, I was told to “call the bank”—while I was physically standing inside the bank. The entire experience revealed a stunning lack of training, accountability, and basic logic. Wells Fargo made the same error multiple times, refused to correct it, and treated us as if their confusion was somehow our problem. This isn’t just poor service; it’s institutional incompetence. Proceed with caution.

  What’s the deal with some of these ppl that work at this bank . I was there this morning only 1 person in front of me no one else in line .So a employee asked the lady in front of me , how can I help you totally .ignore me . I didn’t mind it, ok no big deal . But when someone else comes in and is in line behind me .he asked them the same thing and doesn’t say anything to me . By that time I was waiting it bit longer do to only one teller. That’s not the first time this has happened. I’ve been banking here for 20 years there is a lot of nice ppl that work here . But if you going ask ppl in line how can you help them ask everyone not just pick and choose.

  Very friendly tellers and bankers. I've been coming here for years and it's a great branch of Wells Fargo.

  Bad customers, bad management, and some of the bankers are terrible. No customer care. ATM use only
